SERVPRO of Jackson & Madison County has been working hard to bring you the best restoration service experience.  We asked our customers to give us some feedback on Google on how we performed. The guys at SERVPRO were great. Joseph came out on time and gave me an estimate that was comparable to the others, but much more detailed. He explained exactly what they were planning to do instead of just giving me a number like the others. Once the crew got there, they began work immediately and never slowed down. They kept everything clean while doing the job (as clean as possible when you’re tearing things out and remodeling)! I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company and its employees. I have roof damage from all the storms we've had and a ceiling with water damage.  Called SERVPRO of Jackson they were out to my house fast. Took pictures and sent a team to do repairs to ceiling and drying out.  Gave me great advice to call my air condition guy to re-wrap from water damage before they repair my ceiling. The guys are awesome.  They know what they are doing and walk you thru the process. Be smart, call these people 1st before anyone else. I give them 5 stars.
